The idea of hosting a more casual, and more fun, event at Topgolf Las Vegas was born. We coordinated arrangements with the venue, and then created a dimensional mailer to grab more attention with the invitations.
The invite consisted of Golden Tickets to the event, a letter from the vice president, and a golf towel, all packaged inside a custom-printed box. Reminder e-blasts followed the physical mailer.
For the event itself, we created large peel-off “window clings” that would temporarily adhere to Topgolf’s granite tables in each golf bay. It proved to be a great method for enhancing Pettibone’s visibility at a tiny fraction of the cost it would have taken to buy advertising space on Topgolf’s video board.
The event was so successful that Pettibone immediately booked the venue again for the next World of Concrete.
